actually don't hate dubstep, but I don't know how I feel about it's classification as a new genre. The genre is techno, they over use reverberant drum patterns, that doesn't separate it as a new genre, it's just using a new instrument at best.

I suppose I shouldn't be surprised though, it's not like techno didn't already have a reputation for over classification when it comes to it's extensive sub genre collection. For some, this late '90s addition has now transcended all it's other brethren and has been exulted by the mainstream as a redefinition of music that's acting like it showed up earlier this year.

I'm just waiting for when reverberating french horn riffs hits the mainstream. Seriously you guys, your minds will be blown! Not unlike the french horn when being played.
