And now for it's original notes...
Another issue with podcasts is that I've already listened to most of the episodes of the podcast series which I can tolerate. There are still a few archives I'm still working through, but after 7 hours of Stop Podcasting Yourself, I don't think it makes me an unloyal fan to be in the mood for something else as a palette cleanser.
Of course, what would be best is if I could manage to focus my mind completely on my work, I really just can't do it at this point. If I don't have external stimuli as a magnet to attract my drifting thoughts then before you know it, the other world has absorbed me entirely and I forget I even have work in front of me.
Did I mention that I was prescribed ADD medication? Whatever happened to that stuff? Oh yeah, money.
